This site has no form or customer account: when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your contact details and message only to answer your request. Technical data handled by our providers is listed in the Subprocessors section below.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed in accordance with Benin Law No. 2017-20 on the Digital Code and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Depending on the context, processing is based on handling a request you send us, our legitimate interest, your consent or a legal obligation.
4. Subprocessors and Recipients
To provide this service, we work with third-party subprocessors. Each subprocessor only handles the data strictly required for their task, under a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR.
